SP4T Switch for Receive Diversity Switching: RF1604D

The RF1604D SP4T switch features very low insertion loss with excellent linearity performance down to 1.3V control voltage. No DC-blocking capacitors are required on RF paths unless DC is applied externally to the device ports. This switch is ideal for multi-mode GSM/EDGE/WCDMA, LTE, and cellular infrastructure, and receive diversity switching applications.
