Model AC1286 is one of many LNA cascadable amplifiers offered by Teledyne Cougar with 3.0 dB noise figure or less. This RF amplifier operates at 650-1200 MHz, yielding ultra low noise figure, 1.0 dB typical; high gain (31 dB, typical); medium output power (+12.5 dBm), and high reverse isolation (42 dB). Typical intermodulation performance: +23.0 dBm third-order intercept point and 35.0 dBm second-order intercept point. The AC1286 operates at 15.0 volts nominal, yielding 62 mA DC Current. Comes standard in a through-hole TO-8 package; also available in surface mount, SMTO-8, and SMA connectorized packages.
