Model AC618 is one of many high efficiency cascadable amplifiers offered by Teledyne Cougar. This RF amplifier operates at 10-600 MHz, with high gain (32 dB, typical); low noise figure, 2.8 dB typical; and high output power +19.0 dBm. Typical intermodulation performance: +33.0 dBm third-order intercept point and 38.0 dBm second-order intercept point. The AC618 operates at 12.0 volts nominal, yielding 95 mA DC Current. Comes standard in a through-hole TO-8 package; also available in surface mount, SMTO-8, and SMA connectorized packages.
