Model MC3008, the latest from Teledyne Cougar's line of high performance, double-balanced, frequency mixers, covers RF frequencies from 1 to 3400 MHz, LO from 1 to 3400 MHz, and IF from 1 to 2000 MHz. This 10 dBm LO drive mixer provides typical conversion loss of 6.0 dB from 5 to 1000 MHz and 8.0 dB from 1 to 3400 MHz. Typical isolation (fL at R) ranges from 40 to 43 dB, and 35 to 40 dB (fL at I). Typical conversion loss is 6.0 dB, and third-order intercept point is 20 dBm typical. The MC3008 comes standard in a TO-8 package, and is also available in a SMA connectorized package.
