Model ACP14012 is one of many microwave amplifiers offered by Teledyne Cougar. This high efficiency microwave amplifier operates from 6.0 to 14.0 GHz, producing 10.5 dB gain, 3.0 dB noise figure, +14.5 output power, and 20 dB reverse isolation; all typical. Typical intermodulation performance: 26 dBm third-order intercept point and 45 dBm second-order intercept point. The ACP14012 operates at 5.0 volts nominal, yielding 43.0 mA DC Current. This model comes standard in Teledyne Cougar's one-stage, SMA connectorized CougarPakTM.
