Model A2CP14225 is one of many microwave amplifiers offered by Teledyne Cougar. This microwave amplifier operates from 8.0 to 14.0 GHz, producing excellent power output (+28.0 dBm, >0.5-Watt), 4.5 dB noise figure, 17.8 dB gain, and high reverse isolation (45 dB); all typical. Typical intermodulation performance is outstanding: +40 dBm third-order intercept point and 54 dBm second-order intercept point. The A2CP14225 operates at 15.0 volts nominal, yielding 330 mA DC Current. This model comes standard in Teledyne Cougar's two-stage, SMA connectorized CougarPakTM.
