Model ACP20015 is one of many microwave amplifiers offered by Teledyne Cougar. This high efficiency microwave amplifier operates from 2.0 to 20.0 GHz, producing 10 dB gain, 4.5 dB noise figure, +16.5 output power, and 30 dB reverse isolation; all typical. Typical intermodulation performance: +27 dBm third-order intercept point and 30 dBm second-order intercept point. The ACP20015 operates at 5.0 volts nominal, yielding 76.0 mA DC Current. This model comes standard in Teledyne Cougar's one-stage, SMA connectorized CougarPakTM.
