Linear Power Amplifier: RF5607

This linear power amplifier is specified to address medium to higher linear power for the LTE E-UTRA (Evolved Universal Terrestrial Radio Access) systems. The RF5607 is a 3 stage medium to high power PA in a 3mm x 3mm x 0.45mm QFN. Which can be biased at VCC = 5V for high power applications. The frequency range covers the higher bands in LTE Bands: 1.9G-2.0G (1.93G-1.992G), 2.1G-2.2G (2.110G-2.170G) & 2.5G-2.69G (2.5G-2.7G). Applications range from mobile LTE devices to AP LTE devices.
