Teledyne MEC, a sister company of Teledyne Cougar, introduces the new line of SSHPA (Solid State High Power Amplifier) products. Demanding power and reliability standards required with most modern radars and communication transmitters benefit from these amplifiers advanced thermal management schemes and unique highly efficient coaxial power combiners. The most popular bands of radio frequency are covered with this line, and output power ranges from 100W at the module level to over 1kW at the amplifier level, in hermetically sealed packages operating over - 40°C to + 80°C. Additional features include CW and peak pulse power capability, 0.5dB gain flatness peak-peak, excellent VSWR match of 1:5 over different bands, and more.
