Five-Channel Amplifier

Cougar designed the Five Channel Amplifier specifically for a custom space application. Each independent channel used dedicated RF Input/Output and DC bias connections. Cougar tailored each channel's RF performance differently to meet the application requirements.

Cougar manufactured and screened all components per MIL-PRF-38534, Class K. Additionally, to meet mission requirements Cougar tested the top assembly for RF and DC parameters during MIL-STD-202 thermal cycling and random vibration environments. This effort required disciplined development, manufacturing and program management efforts to meet challenging mechanical and RF engineering requirements.
