Video: TriQuint GaN Products Demo

In this video from IMS2010, TriQuint discusses its GaN products. TriQuint's GaN process was developed in conjunction with a DARPA contract and focuses on high-power amplifiers thru Ku-band. GaN enables performance at a given power level using fewer or smaller devices. GaN's strengths include linearity, efficiency, operating bandwidth, power density and operating voltage. GaN offers the best combination for these characteristics of any semiconductor technology.
