T-Tech Introduces Advanced PCB Prototyping System

T-Tech Inc. introduces its latest and most advanced PCB prototyping system – the Quick Circuit QCJ5. This state-of-the-art in-house circuit board prototyping system is equipped with a host of features including:

  • Z -Axis Motion Control
  • 12, 24, or 32-Position Automatic Tool Change
  • Automatic Tool-Depth Control
  • 4 Zone Precision Vacuum Table
  • Resolution of .00025"
  • 60,000 or 100,000 RPM Variable Speed Spindle
  • 4 Mil Trace and Insulation Width
  • Pre-Contact Pressure Foot
  • Integrated Front-Panel Control of Common System Commands

Several features found on the QCJ5, such as Z-axis motion control, represent new capabilities for desktop PCB prototyping systems.

"Our goal in creating the QCJ5 was to engineer a powerful automatic tool change system that incorporated the features that have been on the wish lists of prototyping system users," says John Taylor; president of T-Tech, Inc. "This system, with its full Z-axis control capability among others is exactly the type of system our customers have been asking for in a next-generation PCB prototyping machine," added Taylor.

T-Tech, Inc., with twenty-five years of industry experience and sales in over 46 countries, is a leading manufacturer of in-house circuit board prototyping systems and equipment for analog, digital, microwave and RF applications. T-Tech's Quick Circuit, High-Frequency (HF) and QCJ5 systems produce accurate, economical, and same-day circuit board prototypes directly from CAD package data including Gerber, DXF, HPGL and Excellon files. T-Tech also provides customers with a wide range of in-house prototyping equipment, accessories and tooling for single-sided, double-sided, multi-layer, through-hole plating and SMT assembly applications.

T-Tech will be showcasing the Quick Circuit QCJ5 at booth #828 during IMS2010, May 23 - 28 in Anaheim, CA.
