The ION SA5600-SAL is a security appliance with an embedded Avaya Secure Access Link (SAL) Gateway that provides IP and secure dial-up connectivity to Avaya and heritage Nortel systems. It allows technicians, service providers, and support services to conduct remote troubleshooting and maintenance of critical systems. It is Avaya Services Certified and sold through the Avaya DevConnect Select Product Program (SPP).
