Avago Technologies’ DC - 6000 MHz InGap HBT Gain Block: AVT-52663 is an economical, easy-to-use, general purpose InGaP HBT MMIC gain block amplifier utilizing Darlington pair configuration housed in a 6-lead (SOT-363) surface mount plastic package.
Celeritek’s CGB7001-BD is a Darlington configured, high dynamic range, utility gain block amplifier MMIC chip. It is matched to 50-W impedance for both input and output from 0.1 to 6.0 GHz

Qorvo’s QPL6207Q is a high linearity, ultra-low noise gain block amplifier ideally designed for SDARS active antenna applications. At 2332 MHz, the amplifier typically provides +35 dBm OIP3. The amplifier does not require any negative supplies for operation and can be biased from positive supply rails from 3.3 to 5.25 V.
