20 mW Amplifier

Operating at frequencies up to 1 GHz, model TSH690 is an RF amplifier designed for use as a direct antenna driver in transmitters or for general purpose buffer applications. The device features 50 W input/output that is internally matched from 300 to 1000 MHz. At 450 MHz, gain is 28 dB while at 900 MHz it is 20 dB. Output power at 1-dB compression is +13.5 dBm at +3 VDC. With a power supply range of +1.5 to +5.0 VDC, the amplifier features a bias control pin that allows adjustment of output power and amplification mode.
