    RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for TriQuint Semiconductor’s TGA2576-FL, 30W GaN on SiC power amplifier with frequency coverage from 2.5 to 6GHz. Designed for the rigors of electronic warfare (EW) and test instrumentation, the TGA2576-FL comes in a 11.4 x 17.3 x 3mm flange package with 25mil CuW base for improved thermal management. Small signal gain is 26dB with a power added efficiency (PAE) of >30%.

    RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for TriQuint Semiconductor’s TQP7M9106, high linearity amplifier with frequency coverage from 50MHz to 1.5GHz. This QFN 4x4mm packaged amplifier provides ~21dB of gain at 1GHz while drawing only 455mA of current from a 5V supply.

    Richardson RFPD, Inc. recently announces immediate availability and full design support capabilities for a new 1/2-watt RF driver amplifier from Analog Devices, Inc. (ADI). The ADL5324 incorporates a dynamically-adjustable biasing circuit that allows for the customization of OIP3 and P1dB performance from 3.3 V to 5 V, without the need for an external bias resistor.

    RFMW , Ltd. announces design and sales support for TriQuint Semiconductor’s TQP7M9105, high linearity amplifier with frequency coverage from 50MHz to 1.5GHz. This SOT-89 packaged amplifier provides >19dB of gain at 1GHz while drawing only 220mA of current from a 5V supply - one of the best gain/current ratios available.

    Richardson RFPD, Inc. recently introduces a pair of highly linear and efficient, fully-matched power amplifier modules designed for Picocell, Femtocell, and Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) applications from ANADIGICS, Inc. (ANADIGICS). Both devices are designed for WCDMA, HSDPA and LTE downlink air interfaces operating in the 2.11 GHz to 2.17 GHz band.

    At the IEEE MTT-S International Microwave Symposium recently, Infineon Technologies AG launched a new SiGe:C (Silicon-Germanium: Carbon) HBT (hetero-junction bipolar transistor) device series for Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) applications. The new BFx840xESD series is particularly well-suited for design of consumer wireless products operating in the 5-6 GHz range, including current and next generation WiFi access points and modules.
