Datasheet: XP1005 Four Stage 35 to 43 GHz GaAs pHEMT MMIC Power Amplifier

Mimix Broadband's four stage 35.0-43.0 GHz GaAs MMIC power amplifier has a typical small signal gain of 26.0 dB with a typical +24 dBm P1dB compression point. The device also includes lange couplers to achieve good output return loss. This MMIC uses Mimix Broadband's 0.15 µm GaAs PHEMT device model technology, and is based upon electron beam lithography to ensure high repeatability and uniformity.
