X-band SSPA Module Family Datasheet

Teledyne Microwave Solutions’ X-Band Solid State Power Amplifier (SSPA) modules offer superior RF performance for the 8-11 GHz radar market. Designed in a compact, housing, the SSPA modules can used in numerous applications or environments either on their own or linked to other SSPA modules. Available with 1GHz Bandwidth anywhere in the 8-11 GHz band, the amplifier is offered in a range of output levels from 25W to 350W of peak power.
