Champion Technologies, Inc.nd K1536 series surface mount VCXOs have been upgraded to extend the frequency range to 80 MHz and improve the deviation linearity to an average range of ±5%. The models are available in 5.0 V (K1526) and 3.3 V (K1536) versions. The performance gains are due to a custom IC utilizing a sub-micron CMOS technology with internal supply regulation and "crystal-friendly" circuit topology.
The VCXOs are configured in industry-standard 6 J-leads foot-pads which includes a tri-state selectable output feature. 0° to 70°C operating temperature range is standard; -40° to 85°C temperature range is an available operating option. The series provides stability performance of ±25 ppm (typical) while delivering a TTL/CMOS compatible output on frequencies ranging from 2 to 80 MHz.
