It contains Nutmeg32 & Spice32 for Windows NT and Windows 3.1, plus the Win32s subsystem. The Win subsystem allows 32 bit Windows NT programs to run on a Windows 3.1 system. If you run setup, this subsystem will be installed on your Windows 3.1 system, along with Robert Zeff's Spice32 and Nutmeg32 programs.
