SP3T High-Power Antenna Tuning Switch: SKY19247-686LF Datasheet

The SKY19247-686LF is a single-pole, triple-throw (SP3T) high-power antenna tuning switch designed for tuning applications that require low Ron and Coff in the 0.8 to 2.7 GHz frequency range. This device also enables high Vpeak for improved radiated spurious emission (RSE) performance, and integrates GPIO-control for ease of use.
