30 – 40 GHz Solid State Power Amplifier: PA3111V1

The PA3111V1 is a solid state power amplifier (SSPA) designed with instantaneous wide bandwidth for operation within the 30 to 40 GHz frequency range. This SSPA includes a Class AB linear GaAsFET hybrid design that is suitable for all modulation standards.
The PA3111V1 power amplifier features built-in protection circuits, as well as high reliability and rugged housing for more demanding applications.
Additional specifications include:
- Power output Psat: 7 Watt min/ 8 Watt typical
- Power gain: 40 dB min
- Input/output return loss: 10 dB min
- Noise figure: 12 dB max
- Operating temperature range: -20 to +65°C
