The 600 – 6000 MHz, 150 W amplifier employs advanced broadband RF matching networks and combining techniques, EMI/RFI filters, and qualified components for exceptional performance, long-term reliability, and high efficiency in operation.
The 2223 amplifier utilizes highest quality 48Vdc GaN on SiC devices that provide wide frequency response, high gain, high peak power capability, and low distortions. The system includes built-in control and monitoring, protection functions, and remote management and diagnostics.
