The AS0825 Series of solid state amplifiers operates in the 800 MHz to 2.5 GHz frequency range. A total of six different models in this series are available with 18W, 40W, 85W, 170W, 300W, and 500W P1dB levels. These amplifiers can be used in applications involving military/defense, EMC testing, communications, R&D, and high energy physics. Specifications can be found on the datasheets below.
