This cascadable amplifier features frequencies from 30-2000 MHz, high output power (1 Watt, 30 dBM, typical), a typical gain of 10.8 dB, and noise figure of 5.2 dB.
This amplifier also features excellent typical intermodulation performance: 42.0 dBm third intercept point, and 55.0 dBm second intercept point. The model offers high dynamic range of 94 dB, typical. Operation is at 15.0 volts nominal, yielding 370 mA of DC current. It comes standard in a TO-8B package (shown), but Teledyne Microwave Solutions recommends its Power Pack to aid heat dissipation.
