This PIN diode limiter covers the 50 MHz to 4 GHz frequency range and features low insertion loss, a low noise figure, low flat leakage power, and fast signal response/recovery times.
M/A-COM’s MADL-011008 is a diode limiter designed to provide lower insertion loss at zero bias for passive limiter control circuits in L- and S-Band applications. It protects low noise amplifiers, detectors, mixers, and other sensitive receiver components.
The PIN diode limiter has a 0.15dB insertion loss, 20dB input and output return loss, 16 dBm CW flat leakage, 0.5 erg spike leakage, and a reverse current of 0.1 µA. Download the datasheet for more information.
