Crystek's CVCO55CXT-6525-6525 VCO (Voltage Controlled Oscillator) operates at 6525 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.3 to 4.7 V. This VCO features a typical phase noise of -100 dBc/Hz @ 10 kHz offset and has excellent linearity. Output power is typically 0 dBm.
