White Paper: Miniature Power Modules Enable 40 Watts Over 20 MHz To 512 MHz

Recently-released "RF power blocks" from M/A-COM Technology Solutions enable high power output over the 20 MHz to 512MHz frequency band. Operating from a single 28V power supply, the new amplifier modules can be used to replace and shrink multi-component discrete circuits in military and commercial communications systems, such as SINCGARS. The modules are compatible with analog, digital and video waveforms used in ground-to-ground, ground-to-air and SATCOM links.
