NuPower™ Micro L & S Band Power Amplifier: NW-PA-12A03A
The NuPower NW-PA-12A03A power amplifier has been designed to improve the range and link robustness of communications systems operating in the L- and S- bands. It covers the 1-2.5 GHz frequency range and features bidirectional operation, 40 dB transmit gain, an integrated 13 dB gain LNA, a compact size (3.00” x 2.00 “ x 1.15”), high efficiency GaN technology, and more.
This L- & S-band power amplifier’s power efficiency and small size make it ideal for power-constrained RF telemetry and tactical communication systems. More specifically, it can be used in applications involving unmanned aircraft, ground, and surface vehicles, in test lab applications, and software defined radios.
This NW-PA-12A03A power amplifier features 5 Watts RF output power, 1-2.5 GHz frequency coverage, a transmit/standby mode, a single power supply, over-voltage and reverse-voltage protection, and logic on/off control. Download the datasheet for more information.
