This PIN diode limiter module covers the 0.5 to 6 GHz frequency range and features 0.1 dB insertion loss and low distortion (IIP3 = 32 dBm). It comes in an MLP 2L 2.5 x 2.5 x 0.75 mm package and is ideal for broadband receiver protection in microwave communications systems.
The SKY16601-555LF PIN diode limiter is ideal for applications involving test instruments, cellular infrastructure, WLAN, WiMAX, and LNA receiver protection. The module itself includes a PIN limiter diode, an RF choke inductor, and 2 DC blocking caps at its RF ports.
