High Power IF BAW Filter from Akoustis

RFMW announces design and sales support for a high power filter from Akoustis. The AKF-1938 utilizes Akoustis’ patented, XBAW technology with low insertion loss for high-performance RF filtering. Capable of handling up to 30 dBm of RF input power, this 3830 MHz bandpass filter offers 100 MHz passband with 1.8 dB typical insertion loss. Applications for the AKF-1938 include RF filtering for S-band radar and IF filtering for mmWave defense radar & commercial mmWave 5G. The device is hermetically sealed and offered in standard, 2.5 x 2.0 mm laminate packaging compatible with high volume, lead-free SMT soldering processes.
