The SKY13286-359LF is a GaAs pHEMT FET, single-pole, double throw (SPDT) absorptive switch that operates in the 0.1 to 6.0 GHz frequency range and is ideal for wireless local loops, GSM, PCS, and WCVMA base stations, and 2.4 and 5.8 GHz ISM devices.
The SKY13286-359LF SPDT Absorptive Switch features high isolation of 64 dB at 1 GHz and 2 GHz, an integrated silicon CMOS driver, and a single, positive voltage control of 0 to 3 V and 0 to 5 V. This switch is housed in a compact Quad Flat No-Lead (QFN) 4 x 4 mm, 16-pin package.
