Mechanicsburg, PA – Greenray Industries, Inc. has announced the availability of the T1300 Series TCXO. The T1300 Series is relatively impervious to the effects of shock and vibration and represents a major breakthrough for compact, low-power TCXO performance.

Utilizing a combination of proprietary crystal and oscillator design techniques, the T1300 offers g-sensitivity of <0.05 ppb, or 5 x 10-11/g of applied acceleration force. This is an order of magnitude improvement when compared with the best performance of commercial TCXOs currently available, and enables customers to extend their system operating environment while maintaining spec-compliant operation. The T1300, when operating under random vibration, can offer phase noise improvements of more than 40dB compared to conventional TCXOs - and better performance than most OCXOs. The T1300 Series is 100% screened for g-sensitivity to ensure compliance with these rigorous specifications.

The T1300 is supplied in a standard 4-pin dual in-line oscillator package, suitable for direct replacement and source component upgrades. T1300 standard frequencies are 10MHz and 20MHz, and it is available from 10 to 50MHz. Frequency stability is ±1ppm (-40 to +70°C), ±2ppm max. Supply voltage is +5Vdc at 10mA (+3.3 Vdc optional). Low phase noise output is CMOS compatible with 50/50±5% duty cycle. Electronic frequency control (EFC) is provided for precise tuning or phase locking applications. Custom specifications and package options are available.

Greenray Industries, a market leader in precision, high reliability TCXOs, designs and manufactures high precision, quartz-based oscillators for use in wireless, wired telephony, aerospace, military, satellite, GPS and other communications applications.
