GPIO-Controlled, High-Performance RF Cellular Switches: SKY13597-684LF Datasheet

The SKY13597-684LF is a single-pole, four-throw (SP4T) switch covering the 0.7 to 3.8 GHz frequency range in GSM networks. The switch can also operate over the −40°C to +90°C temperature range, and requires no external DC blocking capacitors on the RF paths as long as there is no DC voltage on the RF line.
