GaN Power Amplifiers & Drivers
This series is comprised of hybrid-based power amplifier drivers ideal for radar, medical imaging electronics, jamming systems, optical drivers, and communications transmitters. A highly compact, hermetically sealed, and ruggedized package makes them ideal for demanding environments.
Each amplifier driver is manufactured in the US and benefits from the use of in-house thin and thick film technologies and a combination of SMT and chip-and-wire process to high stability and reliability. Operating frequencies run up to 326 GHz, and a broad range of output levels runs from 500mW to 500W.
