The AHP-12123657-S1 is a GaAs MMIC Power Amplifier that operates in the 6 to 18 GHz range and generates a typical linear power of 5 W. The PA provides over 57 dB of small signal gain, operates from a single bias of 10 Vdc to 15 Vdc with an internal voltage regulator and bias sequencing circuitry, and consumes about 5.0 A of DC current under linear operation.
