GaAs MMIC Power Amplifiers: AHP-34043025-01 Datasheet

The AHP-34043025-01 is a GaAs MMIC Power Amplifier that operates in the 32 to 36 GHz range and generates over 2 W of saturated power. The PA provides over 30 dB of small signal gain, operates from a single bias of 8 Vdc to 12 Vdc with an internal voltage regulator and bias sequencing circuitry, and consumes about 2.8 A of DC current under linear operation.
