Extended Temperature OCXO: MD-403 Datasheet

The MD-403 module contains a medium size ovenized crystal oscillator and an I2 C interface that communicates with an onboard EEPROM and temperature sensors.  It is ideal for applications in uncontrolled environments where operating temperatures exceed industrial temperature ranges.
