The AS0840 Series of solid state amplifiers covers the 0.8 GHz to 4.0 GHz range in two bands: 0.8 GHz to 2 GHz, and 2 GHz to 4 GHz). Nine models are available with P1dB levels of 30W/17W, 30W/30W, 55W/30W, 55W/55W, 100W/55W, 100W/100W, 200W/100W, 200W/200W, and 400W/200W. Like all MILMEGA amplifiers, this series is ideal for military/defense, communications, high energy physics, R&D, and EMC testing applications. Specifications can be found on the datasheets below.
