The R&S®HMO1002 is a fanless digital oscilloscope with a high waveform update rate and high vertical sensitivity. It’s available in 50, 70, and 100 MHz bandwidths and can be used for a wide variety of applications.
A number of particular functions make this oscilloscope well suited for specific users. Its integrated pattern generator can generate protocol messages at up to 50 Mbit/s, making it ideal for embedded developers. The same developers can also program their own signal patterns for supported serial protocols. An integrated voltmeter makes the R&S®HMO1002 a useful test and measurement device for service technicians as it allows them to perform voltage measurements on both analog channels (with two values each) simultaneously. Lastly, a function generator can be used to generate different types of signals with frequencies up to 50 kHz, allowing students to learn basic measurement tasks.
