D-Band X4 Frequency Extender: STE-KF406-00-S1 Datasheet

The STE-KF406-00-S1 is a D-band X4 frequency extender that utilizes the 27.5 to 42.5 GHz frequency range at 5 dBm with harmonic generation and filtering to produce a 110 to 170 GHz RF signal at -3 dBm. With full waveguide band operation and low harmonic emission, this extender is ideal for test lab, network analyzer, testing, and antenna range applications.
