26-35 GHz Balanced Driver Amplifier: CMD243

The CMD243 GaAs MMIC driver amplifier is designed to deliver 15.5 dB of gain with an output of 1 dB, compression point of +21 dBm, and noise figure of 4.4 dB. Operating within the 26 to 35 GHz frequency range, these amplifiers are ideally suited for military, space, and communications systems where high linearity and small size are required.

The CMD243 amplifier features a 50 ohm matched design, eliminating the need for external DC blocks and RF port matching. This device also offers full passivation for increased reliability and moisture protection.
