In order to deal with electromagnetic interference (EMI) problems, the source of the unwanted emissions needs to be identified before a solution can be implemented. Testing at an EMC compliance laboratory can prove to be both slow and costly, and oftentimes, the information that comes back from the lab is a spectrum curve that indicates frequencies where emissions are critical of in violation of the limits. To find out how the R&S®RTO digital oscilloscope can be used to alleviate some of these issues in debugging EMI problems, download the application note.
