The SKY13592-689LF is a single-pole, double throw (SPDT) switch that operates in the 0.1 to 6.0 GHz frequency range and is ideal for WLAN applications, ISM band radios, low power transmit receive systems, smartphones, and connectivity models. This device uses advanced switching technologies to maintain low insertion loss and high isolation for all switching paths.
The SKY13592-689LF SPDT switch features high isolation of 25 dB typical at 2.45 GHz, low insertion loss, excellent linearity performance at +30 dBm, and integrated DC blocking capacitors. It is housed in a compact, ultra-miniature 1 x 1 x 0.5 mm, 6-pin package.
