4xSPST Shunt MIPI® Antenna Tuning Switch: SKY59256-701LF
Skyworks new SKY5™-9256-701LF is a 4X single-pole, single-throw (4XSPST) switch is designed for antenna tuning applications requiring ultra-low ON resistance and low OFF capacitance in the 0.6 to 6.0 GHz frequency range. The switching is controlled by an integrated Mobile Industry Processor Interface (MIPI) controller.
The SKY5™-9256-701LF switch does not require DC blocking capacitors as long as no DC voltage is applied on any RF path. Additional features include 48 V peak power, and high isolation of +32 dB @ 2.7 GHz. The SKY5™-9256-701LF is provided in a compact 10-pin, 1.5 x 1.1 x 0.45 mm (typical) QFN that meets requirements for board-level assembly.
