0.1ppM Stability TCXO: T70 Series
This TCXO (temperature compensated crystal oscillator) delivers reliable frequency control performance in wireless applications, and is especially ideal for GPS, WiMAX, and other mobile, battery powered applications. Its stability is largely unaffected by fluctuations in temperature and vibration, making it also suited for exploration and equipment tracking applications.
The T70 TCXO operates in the 10 to 50 MHz frequency range. It incorporates a rugged 5 x 7mm ceramic package and a high performance crystal from sister company Statek Corporation. This oscillator offers stability to ±0.2 ppm (-40 to +85°C), g-Sensitivity of ≤2.5 x 10-9/g, a Phase Noise floor of -155 dBc/Hz (typ.10 MHz), and very low current consumption to 1.9mA (typ. with clipped sine output).
