Expertise includes the processing of microstrip, bonded stripline and thick-metal backed Teflon (PTFE) for Millimeter Wave applications (PCS backhaul, LMDS, Automotive Radar, Sensors, Point to Multipoint), Fibre Optic Telecommunications, Navigational and Defense.

In February 1999, Filtran was acquired by Merrimac Industries - a long standing supplier of components to Satellite, Military and Commercial Wireless industries. With this merger, we look forward to providing customers with increased capacity and a wider range of technical service.
