The WiMAX/WLAN SP4T Switch Detector Control Module- 2-4 GHz 3x4mm: AFEM-S260 from Avago Technologies is designed for mobile and fixed wireless data applications in the 2GHz to 4GHz frequency range.
The switch detector control module is optimized for use with the MGA-22003 and MGA-23003 linear Power Amplifiers in IEEE 802.16 WiMAX applications.
The WiMAX/WLAN SP4T Switch Detector Control Module- 2-4 GHz 3x4mm: AFEM-S260 from Avago Technologies is designed for mobile and fixed wireless data applications in the 2 to 4 GHz frequency range.
The module is optimized for use with the MGA-22003 and MGA-23003 linear Power Amplifiers in IEEE 802.16 WiMAX applications. The module has low insertion loss and good power handling capability to meet stringent WiMAX requirements. It includes a high quality detector and directional coupler utilizing Avago Technologies proprietary GaAs Enhancement-mode pHEMT and CMOS technology for superior performance across voltage and temperature levels.
The AFEM-S260 is packaged in a 3x4x1 mm package for space-constrained applications.
