RUP series are ultra wideband Gallium Nitride(GaN) power pallet amplifiers that operate from 500MHz to 2500MHz. These hybrid amplifiers are ideal for many broadband platforms including military applications due to their high power over a multi-octave bandwidth. These amplifiers were designed

The hybrid pallet amplifiers integrate GaN on SiC power transistor, multiple devices and circuitry matched to 50ohm.

Parameters including operating frequency can be easily optimized by RFHIC to mate with the user's application with some NRE cost involved.

Under the same RUP product line, RFHIC is developing ultra wideband amplifiers with operating range of 2500-6000MHz.
