The revolutionary ultra-thin surface mount Model 4260-2757 Series Hi-Voltage Flyback Transformer from Datatronics Romoland, Inc., is designed for extreme acceleration and shock in high-power, high-voltage device applications that require extreme low profile component miniaturization and superior performance in high shock environments.
The breakthrough design and construction of the 4260-2757 Series ensures a high voltage signal that is virtually corona-free, made possible through state-of-the-art encapsulation techniques and other leading-edge manufacturing processes. The result is a superior level of performance and stability when compared to conventional high voltage transformers.
Datatronics' new advanced flyback magnetics topology features a low profile surface mount package that is a mere maximum of 3.68 mm (0.145 inch) max. tall while offering 0.3 KV performance at 10W in a package designed for extreme vibration and shock. The 4260-2757 Series Flyback Transformer is particularly reliable in electrically unstable or harsh environments that can be challenging in many applications.
Typical applications for the 4260-2757 Series Flyback Transformer include munition systems or other severe shock and vibration environments and more. In addition to its low profile, which is almost as thin as a dime, this compact transformer measures only 25.4 mm (1.00 inch max) wide –x- 33 mm (1.30 inches max) long.
